Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

Harsh infection. IBS may lead to a sharp bout of Diarrhea and make you pass solid waste from your body too often and in a liquid form, this is a result of a virus or bacteria in the bowels. This certainly leads to (gastroenteritis)
Bacteria’s changes in the gut. Researches assured that the good Bacteria called Microflora are very necessary for or intestines good condition, But these good bacteria in people with IBS are not like the bacteria in the intestines of healthy people.
Triggers Symptoms of IBS are as follows:

  • Stress. Based on my experience with IBS and based on the people’s stories, IBS appears when the person goes through stress and it could make worse the symptoms sometimes
  • Food. Intolerances like lactose intolerance and food allergies are not yet comprehended by the majority of researchers in these fields.
